Capt. Ed Cloutier has been fishing for over 30 years, focusing his efforts chasing saltwater species inshore, and offshore of Massachustees for the last 20 years.  Capt. Ed is a United States Coast Guard licensed master license # 1160362, he is also C.P.R. and first aid certified.  Capt. Ed is also a member of the International Game Fish Association (I.G.F.A.), the Recreational Fishing Alliance ( R.F.A.), Stripers Forever, and the Northeast Charterboat Captains Association.

   Capt. Ed frequently fishes with his brother Robert who is his firstmate, and a top notch fisherman himself.  Together we aim to please our customers by" putting them on the fish", but also by being flexible and tailoring each trip to the customers desire to create a trip that will be rememberred for a lifetime.
